These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the KreditCall mobile application and services. By using our app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
- "KreditCall" refers to the mobile application and digital lending platform
- "Company" refers to Usha Financial Services Limited, the parent NBFC
- "User" or "Borrower" refers to any person using our services
- "Loan" refers to the personal loan provided through our platform
- "Services" refers to all features and functionalities of the app
2. Eligibility
To use KreditCall services, you must:
- Be a citizen of India
- Be between 21 and 55 years of age
- Be a salaried individual with regular income
- Have a valid Aadhaar card and PAN card
- Have an active bank account in your name
- Not be a defaulter with any financial institution
- Have a smartphone with Android 7.0 or higher
3. Account Registration
By registering on KreditCall:
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One account per person is permitted
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts with fraudulent activity
4. Loan Terms
4.1 Loan Amount and Tenure
- Loan amounts range from ₹1,000 to ₹6,000
- Tenure options: 15 days (Bullet) or 60 days (2 EMI)
- Loan approval is at the sole discretion of the Company
4.2 Interest and Fees
- Interest Rate: 30% per annum
- Processing Fee: 5% of loan amount
- GST: 18% on processing fee
- No prepayment charges
- Late payment fees may apply as per loan agreement
4.3 Disbursement
- Loan amount will be disbursed to your verified bank account
- Processing fee and GST will be deducted upfront
- Disbursement is subject to successful KYC and credit approval
5. Repayment
- Repayment must be made as per the agreed schedule
- Payments can be made via UPI, debit card, or net banking
- Failure to repay may result in late fees and credit score impact
- Persistent default may lead to collection proceedings
- Early repayment is encouraged and has no penalty
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide truthful information in your application
- Use the loan for lawful purposes only
- Repay the loan as per the agreed schedule
- Keep your contact information updated
- Respond to communications from our team
- Not use the app for fraudulent purposes
7. Prohibited Activities
You shall not:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to obtain multiple loans fraudulently
- Use the app on behalf of another person
- Reverse engineer or modify the app
- Use automated systems to access the app
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the KreditCall app are owned by the Company. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the loan amount disbursed
- We are not responsible for technical failures beyond our control
- Third-party services are subject to their own terms
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app:
- For violation of these terms
- For fraudulent or suspicious activity
- For non-payment of dues
- At our discretion with notice
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
